The thought of getting to work today was one of wishful thinking...we are snowed into the house and property, with the wind still blowing a gale. At 3:30 in the afternoon we're seeing the first signs of repreive, which will mean several hours of digging our selves out. We don't know yet how badly the shop is snowed in, which will determine how long it takes us to make our way out of this, as using the tractor will make it much faster!

That is our garden shed, with a snow drift that reaches the roof, and in the yard the snow bank is almost at the top of the fence, and has covered the 4 foot high wishing well.
This ridge down the side driveway (to get to the shop and tractor) is about 4 feet high and covering the 2 front apple trees!
