It is always a challenge with Katie to take "formal" photos - she loves to be silly in front of the camera but does not like to sit still. Trying to take them the day of the party was TOO much, she was so wound up with all the festivities. Knowing this, and knowing that I often like the pictures I take of the children more that those that I have paid someone else to take, I enlisted a little help from "Auntie" Lorie. We got her dressed up in her tea party clothes and had a photo shoot. It ended up that Lorie took ALL the photos and I had to leave the room! It was a challenge but she did get to "snap off" a couple of really nice ones - amongst a great deal of silly, funny, and useless photos. By the time I crept upstairs to see what was happening I hear Lorie say "you're done aren't you girlie"? To which Katie replied, "I'm done taking pictures"!
