Christmas Eve Traditions

Mouland Family Gift Exchange
Each year we go to Pete's and Bev's on Christmas Eve for yummy food and the Mouland family gift exchange. Brad didn't make it out from Nova Scotia this year, and we did miss him, but we had a great evening. Santa dropped by to see the kids, Katie & Olivia were very excited. Santa had some good business between the girls, the big kids and the "biggest" kids. Thanks Santa!!
We also had a visit at the Moore's before hitting Pete's and Bev's but I didn't take any photos. Lorie & Olive put a great feast of ham, hashbrown casserole, carrots and baked treats. The comany was even better. We were so glad to make this the second year to spend Christmas Eve with them...a great tradition.

Before bed we of course had to put out cookies, milk and carrots for Santa and his reindeer. Katie was very upset that she couldn't eat it herself! The secret is that Blazer stole most of it off the coffee table while we put Katie to bed, so Santa didn't get to enjoy the whole plate full!!

Santa took a few minutes to drop in - she was SOOOOO excited!

All the kids (except Sophia) - Allison, Alex, Katie, Cole, Olivia & Brodie on poor Santa's lap

The "Biggest" kids - Pete, Dave, Lee & Bryan - Santa couldn't walk after this
& we needed a new chair!!
