It hasn't been very long since my last email but already I am 10 months old (yes Momma is in denial & titled my pics as 9 mths by mistake). It has been a huge couple of weeks for me, I have learned so much.
Since we last talked I have become a little cruising machine - still while holding into things but there is no stopping me now. Momma & Dadda are loving it as I am so independent but can now drop my toys and wonder over for a cuddle with them whenever I feel like it - I just climb up in their laps, have a quick snuggle & off I go again.
I am learning to dance & love to bop along to music. I have figured out how to put my square blocks into square holes, and that round ones sometimes fit in square holes too. I love moving my blocks from one train car to the next and back again & even am able to do it when Mommy asks me to. When we were at the park this week I watched Momma pour rocks between her fingers & when she started to run out I was very helpful & handed her more - this is a fun game.
Momma & I had a week home by ourselves while Dadda was away on a course - this was fun time for us but I sure missed Dadda & was so excited when he got home I couldn't sleep! Since he's come back he & Momma are teaching me to play with the doggies & I am really trying to say "doggie" - I make some noises that sound really close - Momma & Dadda know what I mean anyway.
It has been a great couple of weeks and I am really looking forward to enjoying as much time with Momma as I can before she has to go back to work next month:(
Well - I must be off to enjoy the sunny summer weather - I hope that you all are doing the same!
