Summer is Here!!

Katie & the StarFish

So - I bought Katie a pool about 2 weeks ago when the weather was beautiful. Then - the very next day - it started to rain & was cold - and has been ever since. On Monday it started to warm up but the pool was full of scummy water after sitting for 2 weeks - so we cleaned it out, refilled it and now - FINALLY - Katie has gotten to use it. She thoroughly enjoyed it too - and even had a little splash with Mia. (Blazer was too frightend i was going to give her a bath to get in). She would not voluntarily let the starfish go, and when she did have to she reached as far as she could to catch the little guy again:)

You can't see it - but the starfish IS in her hands - I had to rescue him & throw him back in the water before he died (haha)
Just like her Momma - according to Grandma - she has found the drawers & the fact they they contain things she can pull out!!
