Katie's Milestone!

Katie hit a big milestone today....Riding a 2 wheeler! 

 I have been telling Bryan since last summer that she was ready but he never got around to taking off the wheels, then a couple weeks ago I said, "no bike til Daddy takes of the training wheels". She said ok, "I know I can do it Mommy". Yesturday she came and asked me for a horn for her bike and I said "when you can drive it without training wheels, I will buy you a horn, just ask Daddy". Bryan met her off the bus today, about 45 minutes before I got home. She came running out of the house and said..."Mommy you have to watch me ride my bike, I can do it with 2 wheels"! She had the biggest grin and was so proud of herself, sure enough she did it. I watched her for about 10 minutes before going to cook dinner and she just got more and more confident. Then while I was cooking she came flying by on the pavement. She is just getting so big! I am so proud of her.
