Three Months Old!!

Yes folks she is already 3 months old (and then some as I am late with this post)! At her check up on Oct 3rd she weighed in at 12lbs 2oz and was 25in long, a healthy little girlie. She is (I hope) coming to the end of a growth spurt and in the dreaded "between sizes"having outgrown most of the 3 month clothes but not really fitting into the 3-6 months sizes. Some of the 3-6month stuff (like the little dress she is wearing) is more warm weather attire so we are having to put it away now due the arrival of fall. She is a little ball of giggles when she is ready to play and loving the hanging toys on her Sesame Street toy. I bought her a toy for in the diaper bag/car which she LOVES - her "Buzzy Bee" as Liam calls it. It is fun to watch her play with her toys. When she is laying on her playmat she is trying so hard to roll over, she can get halfway there. She can go from front to back. She is a drooly little girl and she sucks, sucks, sucks on her fingers, blankets, face cloth - I can't believe she doesn't have blisters the way she sucks on things. She remains our little snugglebug...she loves to cuddle and would happily sleep on your shoulder or in your arms all the time if you indulge her. She seems to be taking after her brother and sister though in being nosey and not wanting to miss anything.

There is a new store in High River called "Small Things" and the owner makes handmade hats and cocoons that are so well priced. As fall is upon us and Rachel needs to keep warm (my excuse) I just had to buy one. I took pictures right away when we got home and she looks so cute in it!
