In Blackie!!!

As much as we love to camp we tend to avoid doing so on long weekends and this year we spent it at home, getting to know our new community and our neighbours. We had a fantastic day at the Blackie celebrations - parade, jumping castles, beef on a bun etc... we missed the afternoon fun as Liam needed a nap! Next year though we'll catch the tractor pull competition! The evening held a BBQ at our place with our new neighbours who are becoming wonderful friends! Bonus surprise - we ran into Jakob & Aubrie who came out with Aubrie's day to the Show 'n Shine.

The best part of parades? Candy at 9:30am!
