Sold (conditionally)!

What a crazy weekend! We listed our house late on Thurs night. After 6 showings in 48 hours we had 3 offers some in - 1 stink offer and 2 competeing offers. I was away for the weekend, complicating our decision making process - thank goodness for cell phones. We chose the lower offer because finanically they were more solid, they wanted a quick close date and therefore we felt we could drive them up much closer to asking price. It was a grind - their counter offers were consistently lower than expected. We came close to walking away and accepting the 2nd offer without countering it, but our realtor worked hard and we got the price we wanted - $4 900 less than asking. Now they have 10 days to complete their financing and home inspection. With a close date of March 19 the pressure is now on to find a new home asap! Thankfully we can crash with our fav brother (in-law) for a short period if necessary, but we'd rather not have to move everything twice. To add to the pressure I am back to work today and therefore we can't get out to look at houses for a couple days! We have our eye on a property but I really want to see it a 2nd time before we put in an offer as it is a bit farther of a drive to work/city than is ideal for me in winter time. Deep breath...we are confident however that it will all work it self out!
