Well we have all been enjoying the lovely srping weather the last few days. Katie really loves to be outside, and aparently to eat grass. No matter where we place her on a blanket, or hpw many times we move her back to the middle she makes her way to the edge for a handful of grass, almost immediately deposited into her mouth!

On Sunday she played on the lawn t Auntie Bev's and Uncle Pete's while we bbq'd. She tried several times to call Grandma on the new phone Daddy bought her but kept getting a busy signal or the voicemail. She sure has found her voice and boy can she yell! She gave Daddy a fright playing and screaming in her crib yesturday (she was supposed to be going to sleep) - it took a little assurance from Mommy that she really was playing and not hurt! She has also learned to wave - not every time but she does do it at appropriate times.
She is so happy and easy going, we really are very lucky.
