 I am getting really bad at taking photos these days, particularly during events like birthdays, and it is certainly worse since I went back to work. But I did take a few of Katie's birthday party - Ladybug themed. It was a movie night with 4 of her friends - Barbie Princess and the Pop Star - fantastic idea - we barely heard from the girls for 1.5 hours!

October Fall Fun

I think my favorite part of the whole trip was Radiator Springs, Carsland in California Adventures. They recreated the whole town and it was amazing to stand in the middle of it!

Surprise! We're going to Disneyland!

The kids knew we were going on a holiday but we just told them we were going on "an airplane to stay at a hotel with a pool". We managed to get through 2 almost slips by friends before we left and 4 almost slips by strangers in the airport/shuttle. We got to our hotel Sat evening and they went to be thinking they were going swimming Sunday morning. I could barely sleep! When they woke up we had set up the shirts and stuffies we bought for them on the table in the suite. We asked them what else they wanted to do other than swim and Katie said "see what else there is to do". I covered their eyes and walked them out to the table - they had NO idea! And they didn't understand when they opened their eyes! But when we told them what it meant they were pretty excited! We only had 2 days in the parks, which wasn't enough to cover even half the parks.
